Password Assistance:

In the event you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link that corresponds to your user role.

• Attorneys will be redirected to the Attorney Information System (AIS).  A secure link to reset the password will be emailed to the primary email address on file in AIS. Remember to check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your InBox. 
• County Clerks of Court and staffs will be redirected to the self-service management tool used for the court case management system.
• SCJD judges and employees must contact the SCJD Help Desk for assistance.

Note:  If the primary email address listed on the account is incorrect, the user must contact the E-Filing Help Desk to obtain a temporary password.

Maintenance Notice

The E-Filing application will be unavailable for routine maintenance on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am the following morning.  A notice will be posted on the E-Filing portal if emergency maintenance is required.
